The city stinks, today.

I don't know what happened downtown this past weekend, but almost every block around my building reeks of garbage; the lobby of my building smells like a seafood processing plant; and, there are industrial size portable air filter units all over the floor. On my way back from grabbing lunch (yes, it's another late lunch as usual), I kept looking around for the garbage dumps but never found any. Now, City of Atlanta is well know for it's crappy sewage system (no pun intended), but it's never smelled this bad before. Pee-eww!

I know that at the end of last week they were digging up 10th Street and suctioning up crap (maybe literally) for most of that time, along with a gas main crack at 10th and Fowler. Could have had something to do with that smell.
